* Horizon is a piece done for an installation that was shown in a Vermont museum; it was part of festival homage to Lidochka, the 1920s ballet dancer who disappeared in strange circumstances at the start of the Revolution.

This Bulimic’s View

was that we didn’t understand,
that it just helped her to cope.
She said it had nothing to do with us,
that it was her body,
and that she was perfectly alright,
completely in control.
She said it just happened
occasionally when she was stressed,
when there were things she couldn’t

Tämän bulimikon näkemys

oli että me emme ymmärtäneet,
että se vain auttoi häntä selviytymään.
Hän sanoi ettei se liittynyt meihin mitenkään,
että kyse oli hänen kehostaan,
ja että hän oli täysin kunnossa,
täysin kontrollissa.
Hän sanoi että sitä tapahtui vain
ajoittain kun hän oli stressaantunut,
